Shipping

 

As of right now, we only ship within the US.  Expedited shipping is available for an additional shipping cost.  

 

 

Return/Exchanges  

 

Please contact us if you would like to return or exchange your purchase.  We are happy to walk you through the process.  We do not pay for return shipping, but do pay to ship your exchange to you.  Custom ordered items cannot be returned or exchanged unless there is a quality issue.   

 

 

Damaged or Incorrect Items  

 

We hand make each item with the highest quality possible, so  quality should not be an issue.  However, if this happens, we are happy to replace your damaged items. If you receive the wrong item, also highly unlikely, we are happy to pay for the return shipping and send you the correct item as quickly as possible.
